Refund and Return Policies

In The Light Imaging does offer digital copies of photographs for personal, commercial and stock use. Fees are based upon usage rights. Except in rare licensing circumstances, the copyright is retained by In The Light Imaging/Linda L. Hall, but permission is granted to the client for the purposes agreed upon in the sales contract which will outline the uses for which the client is permitted to use the file.

Clients should be aware that use of those files for any purpose other than specified, is illegal, and may violate federal copyright laws.

In The Light Imaging will not refund monies paid for digital files.
